And here's another one!

Sorry it's kinda hard to read. This is what it says... Well my blood test said I don't have Jr. Arthritis! (Speech bubble, YAH!)
The bad news is I have Lymes Disease. (speech bubble, what?)
I have these antibiotic pills I take twice a day. (Little arrow, pills)
Which sucks because I can't have dairy for an hour before or after (Speech Bubble, Not even butter?)

Yeah, I know. But it turns out that there's not enough calcium in butter to count! It's really about the calcium, not the dairy. Still, it sucked.
